Reading done by Mr. & Mrs. Nelson H. Rogers, Miss Adrean M. Rogers, Mrs. Gareth R. Patton in about 1976.
This cemetery is generally clear of brush and weeds, as an association takes care of these areas of upkeep. We spoke to two of these volunteer cleaners and learned that the care of tombstones and plots, as to close mowing are up to each individual family. Result, many need attention. There are 27 graves with metal markers that are unreadable, or stone monuments grown illegible, a few homemade of cement are crumbled. We lack time to contact people, as many of these graves were recently decorated. No doubt a bit of detective work would get some of these identified.
