The Rapid City Society for Genealogical Research has the ledgers for these funeral homes.  They are recorded on microfilm.  The original record includes things not in the index, such as; cause of death, person ordering the funeral, cost and size of casket.  The information varies from funeral home to funeral home.  The earlier records are more complete than later ones.  We can find and copy the information from the ledger and send it to you.  Send your request to askus@rcgenealogy.com.
